1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you
(“Client,” “User,” “Customer”) and Walker Tech Global LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”)
concerning your access to and use of the Company’s websites, products, services, digital systems,
and platforms (collectively, “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Scope of Services
Walker Tech Global LLC provides technology and digital services including but not limited to:
- Website development
- Software installation & configuration
- Integrations & automations
- IT services
- Consulting
- Maintenance plans
- Digital tools and platforms
- Email & marketing technology support
- Cloud & hosting assistance
The Company may modify or update offerings at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
4. Account Responsibility
If account creation is required, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify Company of unauthorized access
Company may suspend accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Fees, Billing & Payments
All fees must be paid in accordance with Company pricing, invoices, or agreements.
Company may offer:
- One-time payments
- Subscription payments
- Recurring billing
- Retainer or maintenance plans
Company uses third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments.
The Company does not store full payment card information.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital and technical services, all sales are generally considered final unless
otherwise stated in writing.
Subscription cancellations may take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Third-Party Services
The Company may integrate or rely upon third-party vendors, platforms, APIs, hosting,
software, and tools.
The Company is not responsible for failures or performance issues caused by third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content, code, workflows, documentation, and materials created or provided by the Company
are Company property unless otherwise stated.
Clients may receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose but may not:
- Copy
- Rebrand
- Resell
- Reverse engineer
- Commercialize
- Modify for resale
without written permission from the Company.
9. Client Content
Clients retain rights to logos, trademarks, assets, and content provided to the Company
for the purpose of fulfilling Services. Clients warrant that they own or have permission
to use such content.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Services for:
- Illegal activities
- Cyber attacks
- Scraping or automation against Company systems
- Competitive analysis for replication
- White-labeling or reselling
- Harmful or fraudulent behavior
The Company may terminate access for violations.
11. Non-Solicitation (10-Year)
Clients agree not to solicit, hire, recruit, or contract with Company developers,
contractors, apprentices, or key personnel for a period of ten (10) years without
Company approval.
12. Non-Defamation
Clients agree not to publicly disparage the Company through online platforms,
media, or publications. The Company reserves the right to seek legal remedies
for defamation.
13. Disclaimers
Services are provided “AS-IS” without warranties of any kind.
The Company does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted performance
- Financial results
- Business outcomes
- Uptime of third-party systems
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim
shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Outages
- System failures
- Third-party platform issues
15. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and defend the Company against claims arising from misuse
of Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.
16. Termination
Company may suspend or terminate Services for:
- Violation of Terms
- Abuse of systems
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Non-payment
17. Modifications
The Company may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Disputes shall be resolved in Missouri courts unless otherwise required by law.

Revision Policy
Purpose
This policy ensures clarity regarding revisions for projects managed by Walker Tech Global.
It defines the scope of revisions, processes, and charges for additional requests.
1. Definition of Revisions
Revisions refer to requested changes or modifications to a project’s design,
functionality, or content after the initial deliverable has been submitted.
2. Included Revisions
- Landing Page Plan – Up to 3 free revisions
- Startup Plan – Up to 4 free revisions
- Basic Plan – Up to 6 free revisions
- Professional Plan – Up to 8 free revisions
- E-commerce Plan – Up to 10 free revisions
Additional revisions beyond the limit may incur extra charges.
3. Revision Requests
- Requests must be consolidated into a single round
- Requests must be submitted in writing via email or project platform
- Requests must align with the original project scope
4. Revision Timelines
- Minor revisions: 1–3 business days
- Medium revisions: 3–5 business days
- Major revisions: timeline agreed with client
5. Extra Revisions & Fees
Revisions beyond included limits will incur additional charges depending
on the project plan and complexity.
6. Revision Limitations
- Changes outside the original scope will be treated as a new project request
- Timeline conflicts must be agreed upon in advance
7. Approval Process
- All additional revisions requiring fees must be pre-approved
- A detailed quote will be provided for major changes
8. Best Practices
- Provide clear project requirements from the beginning
- Share assets and information early
- Review deliverables thoroughly before requesting revisions
