These actions constitute legally binding consent under ESIGN, UETA, and applicable international electronic contracting standards.

digital platforms
automations & integrations
hosting support
technical support
maintenance plans
digital solutions
consulting & advisory services
third-party platform configurations
IT solutions
Company may modify, expand, or discontinue offerings at any time without notice.
3. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Company does not guarantee specific outcomes including:
revenue generation
business results
traffic or conversion metrics
future performance
uptime of third-party systems
continued platform availability
Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All Company content, technical assets, configuration strategies, workflows, development structures, documentation, proposal materials, designs, and methods are the property of Walker Tech Global.
Clients may not:
copy
clone
rebrand
resell
white-label
reverse engineer
replicate
translate
extract
benchmark
commercialize
Company services, systems, or deliverables without written permission.
5. TRADEMARK, BRAND & PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
All logos, trademarks, and brand names featured on our website are the property of their respective owners. Walker Tech Global is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with any of these companies unless explicitly stated. The use of any third-party trademarks, logos, or brand names is strictly for identification and reference purposes and does not imply endorsement.
6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM & INTEGRATION LIMITATION
Company may configure or integrate third-party platforms. Company is not responsible for:
third-party outages
platform pricing changes
policy changes
service restrictions
compliance burdens
vendor failures
data breaches on third-party systems
7. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree not to:
perform cyber attacks
scrape, mine, or extract data
perform competitive reverse engineering
resell or redistribute Company services
interfere with Company business relationships
circumvent Company processes
misuse Company branding
attempt to hire Company personnel for competing operations
8. NON-SOLICITATION (10 YEARS)
Client agrees not to solicit, recruit, hire, or contract with Company’s:
employees
contractors
apprentices
partners
vendors
for ten (10) years without written authorization.
9. NON-DEFAMATION & NON-INTERFERENCE
Client agrees not to engage in:
defamation
disparagement
business interference
public injury to reputation
Company retains the right to seek legal remedy.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages including loss of:
revenue
profits
data
business
goodwill
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services at issue.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless against claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of this Policy.
12. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of digital and technical services, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified in writing.
13. EXTERNAL LINKS & CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Company is not responsible for content, privacy policies, or practices of external linked sites. Access at your own risk.
14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes shall be resolved within Missouri jurisdiction unless legally required otherwise.
15. MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES
Company may update this Legal Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
